Tuesday _ Baked chicken breast with gravy, baked potato, mashed squash, pumpernickel bread, lemon pudding with topping.
Wednesday _ Breaded fish with tartar sauce on bun, potatoes au gratin, brussels sprouts, wheat bread, brownie.
Thursday _ Pot roast with gravy, mashed potato, red cabbage, bread, fruited Jell-O salad.
Friday _ Pepper pineapple pork, seasoned rice, Oriental blend vegetables, rye bread, chocolate pudding.

Tuesday _ Meatloaf, baked potato with sour cream, stewed tomatoes, golden glow salad, whole-wheat bread, brownie, diet fruit.
Wednesday _ Turkey a la king, biscuit, succotash, snow on mountain salad, cherry cobbler with topping, pineapple.
Thursday _ Beef pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry-grape juice, dinner roll, pears.
Friday _ Chicken fricassee, steamed rice pilaf, cranberry sauce, green beans, apple juice, whole-wheat bread, chocolate pudding with topping, diet pudding.
