Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of May 5-9 will be:

Monday _ Tossed salad with dressing, spiral pasta with sauce, meatballs, Parmesan cheese, Italian bread, sherbet.

Tuesday _ Baked chicken breast with gravy, baked potato, mashed squash, pumpernickel bread, lemon pudding with topping.

Wednesday _ Breaded fish with tartar sauce on bun, potatoes au gratin, brussels sprouts, wheat bread, brownie.

Thursday _ Pot roast with gravy, mashed potato, red cabbage, bread, fruited Jell-O salad.

Friday _ Pepper pineapple pork, seasoned rice, Oriental blend vegetables, rye bread, chocolate pudding.

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of May 5-9 will be:

Monday _ Caribbean-style boneless pork ribs, parslied cauliflower, sweet potatoes, whole-wheat bread, applesauce, molasses cookie.

Tuesday _ Meatloaf, baked potato with sour cream, stewed tomatoes, golden glow salad, whole-wheat bread, brownie, diet fruit.

Wednesday _ Turkey a la king, biscuit, succotash, snow on mountain salad, cherry cobbler with topping, pineapple.

Thursday _ Beef pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry-grape juice, dinner roll, pears.

Friday _ Chicken fricassee, steamed rice pilaf, cranberry sauce, green beans, apple juice, whole-wheat bread, chocolate pudding with topping, diet pudding.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Dining centers and hours are; serving from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Monday _ Baked chicken breast with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, wheat bread, vanilla pudding, diet vanilla pudding.

Tuesday _ Liver with onion gravy, scalloped potato, garlic green beans, rye bread, pears and apricots.

Wednesday _ Mother's Day brunch, cheese omelet, corned beef hash, warm fruited muffin, citrus fruit cup, tomato juice, cream pie, diet pudding square.

Thursday _ Breaded fish on a bun, tartar sauce, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, fruit cup.

Friday _ Philly steak, cheese and onion on a hoagie roll, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, cherry cake, diet cake.
