Senior Menus

Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of July 28-Aug. 1 will be:

Monday _ Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, strawberry ice cream.

Tuesday _ Hot dog on a bun with sauerkraut, baked beans, carrots, Mandarin oranges.

Wednesday _ Chicken salad on lettuce and a roll, potato salad, cucumber red onion salad, peanut butter cookie.

Thursday _ Baked fish with creamy herb sauce, scalloped potatoes, French green beans, fruit cup.

Friday _ Not available

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of July 28-Aug. 1 will be:

Monday _ Stuffed shells with sauce, spinach, tossed salad, garlic bread, chocolate ice cream sundae with topping.

Tuesday _ Tuna salad, potato salad, cottage cheese on cranberry sauce, tomato soup, orange juice, tomato on lettuce, whole wheat bread, watermelon.

Wednesday _ Baked ham with raisin sauce, candied sweet potatoes, cauliflower, cucumber salad, whole wheat bread, fruited Jell-o cubes with topping.

Thursday _ Swedish meatballs on egg noodles, peas and carrots, cran-apple juice, whole wheat bread, lemon pudding with topping.

Friday _ Fricasseed chicken, rice pilaf, broccoli, cran-grape juice, ice chocolate cake.

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of July 28-Aug. 1 will be:

Monday _ Cold sliced turkey on lettuce, sandwich roll, mayo packet, potato salad, three bean salad, peaches and strawberries.

Tuesday _ Hamburger with lettuce, onion and catsup on a bun, oven browned potatoes, Brussels sprouts, cookie.

Wednesday _ Hot dog with sauerkraut on a bun wit mustard, baked beans, carrots, tropical fruit salad.

Thursday _ Spanish rice, cauliflower, warm roll, fruited Jell-o.

Friday _ Breaded fish with herb sauce, au gratin potatoes, Brussels sprouts, wheat bread, fruited Jell-o.

Tuesday _ Fish with red celery sauce, sweet potato, broccoli flowerets, rye bread, green Jell-o with Mandarin oranges.

Wednesday _ Stuffed pepper, garlic herb potatoes, carrot coins, corn bread, butterscotch pudding.

Thursday _ Chicken a la King, egg noodles, winter squash, whole wheat bread, fresh fruit.
