Senior Menus

Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of Aug. 11-15 will be:

Monday _ Beef with peppers and gravy, noodles, brussels sprouts, lemon pudding.

Tuesday _ Barbecued chicken, baked beans, roll, coleslaw, butterscotch pudding.

Wednesday _ Tossed salad with dressing, tuna salad with celery, sandwich roll, penne salad with peas, celery and onion, fresh melon.

Thursday _ Roast pork with gravy, sweet potato, spinach, applesauce.

Friday _ Goulash with extra sauce, broccoli, roll, fruited Jell-O.

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of Aug. 11-15 will be:

Monday _ Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, cranberry sauce, wheat bread, oatmeal raisin cookies, diet fruit.

Tuesday _ Tuna salad, tri-colored pasta salad, sunshine salad, tomato soup, bran muffin, lemon pudding with mandarin oranges.

Wednesday _ Caribbean pork ribs, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, quick fruit salad, whole wheat bread, brownie.

Thursday _ Spaghetti with sauce, meatballs, tossed salad, green bean casserole, garlic bread, chocolate sauce and topping, diet fruit.

Friday _ Baked fish Parisienne, baked potato, beets with pineapple, coleslaw, wheat bread, apricots.

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of Aug. 11-15 will be:

Monday _ Breaded fish with tartar sauce, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, hamburger bun, butterscotch pudding, diet pudding.

Tuesday _ Cold sliced ham, mustard, rye bread, coleslaw, pineapple.

Wednesday _ Pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, red cabbage, wheat bread, cake, diet cake.

Thursday _ Baked chicken with onion gravy, baked potato, spinach, pumpernickel bread, vanilla pudding.

Friday _ Chili mac with cheese, carrots, corn bread, fruit cup with mandarin oranges.

Wednesday _ Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, Scandinavian blend vegetables, fruit juice, 12-grain bread, birthday cake.

Thursday _ Lemon pepper pollack, parsley potatoes, beets, tossed salad, Italian bread, fruited gelatin with topping.

Friday _ Sweet and sour pork, rice pilaf, peas, rye bread, tropical fruit medley.
