Senior Menus

Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of Oct. 13-17 will be:

Monday _ Beef strips with peppers and gravy, seasoned noodles, brussels sprouts, vanilla pudding.

Tuesday _ Barbecued chicken, baked beans, warm roll, creamy coleslaw, chocolate ice cream.

Wednesday _ Roast pork with gravy, fresh sweet potato, green beans, cookie.

Thursday _ Marinated cucumbers and tomatoes, spaghetti with sauce, sausage, warm roll, fruit cup.

Friday _ Baked fish with creamy herb sauce, brown rice, broccoli, brownie.

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of Oct. 13-17 will be:

Monday _ Closed for Columbus Day.

Tuesday _ Roast turkey with gravy, oven browned potatoes, squash, rosey apple relish, whole wheat bread, plums.

Wednesday _ Beef birds, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cran/grape juice, whole wheat bread, iced chocolate cake.

Thursday _ Chicken cordon bleu, baked potato with sour cream, broccoli/cauliflower supreme, one cup fruit salad, dinner roll, ice cream sundaes, diet fruit.

Friday _ Stuffed pepper on egg noodles, sliced carrots, tossed salad, whole wheat bread, apple crisp, diet fruit.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Dining centers and hours are; serving from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Friday _ Goulash, cauliflower, warm dinner roll, chocolate pudding, diet pudding.
