Senior Menus: Dec. 30 to Jan. 3



Monday: Pork loaf with gravy, oven roasted potatoes, creamed corn and apricots.

Tuesday: Meatball Parmesan sub, broccoli, tossed salad and oatmeal raisin cookie.

Wednesday: Closed for New Year’s Day.

Thursday: Meatloaf with gravy, red skinned mashed potatoes, zucchini and yellow squash, rye bread and apricots with cottage cheese.

Friday: Breaded lemon pepper fish with tarter sauce, rice pilaf, San Francisco blend, wheat bread, and  regular and diet apple crisp


Coventry: Windy Hill Senior Center, Coventry Town Hall, state Route 235, Tuesday and Thursday, 656-8602.

Greene: Brightman Senior Center, Birdsall Street, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 656-4789.

McDonough: Genegantslet Activity Center, Methodist Church, two Thursdays per month, 647-5666.

New Berlin: Unadilla Valley Senior Activity Center, Terrace Heights Center, Tuesday and Thursday, 847-8053.

Norwich: Westside Park Senior Center, First Baptist Church, West Park Place, weekdays, 334-2910.

Sherburne: The Welcome Center, Grace Manor Center, Knapp Street, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 674-4600.

South Otselic: Plum Valley Forever Young Center, Methodist Church, Church Hill Road, two Fridays per month, (315) 653-4411.


Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are weekdays 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


Monday: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, seasoned spinach, tossed salad, whole wheat bread and pineapple upside down cake.

Tuesday: Roast pork loin, savory stuffing, mased potatoes, steamed peas, applesauce, dinner roll and brownie a la mode.

Wednesday: Closed for New Year’s Day.

Thursday: Ham steak with pineapple, glazed sweet potatoes, parslied cauliflower, cran-pineapple juice, whole wheat bread and lemon pudding.

Friday: Chicken Divan, succotash, carrot raisin salad, whole wheat bread and white cake with strawberries.

Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Monday reservations must be made by Friday.
