Senior Menus: March 25 to 30


Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are weekdays 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


Monday: Pepper steak, baked potato, sliced carrots, quick fruit salad, whole wheat bread and butterscotch pudding.

Tuesday: Monterey pork whipped potatoes, steamed peas, applesauce, dinner roll and Jell-O with topping.

Wednesday: Baked tavern ham, Louisiana sauce, glazed sweet potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, molded Waldorf salad, whole wheat bread and fruit trifle.

Thursday: Chili con carne, steamed rice, seasoned spinach, tossed salad, whole wheat bread and brownie.

Friday: Chicken and biscuit, succotash, orange-pineapple juice, snow on the mountain and chocolate ice cream sundae.

Monday: Creamed chipped beef, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, oatmeal bread and tapioca pudding.

Tuesday: Pork barbecue on bun, garlic herb potatoes, California gold blend vegetables, minestrone soup with crackers, hamburger roll and fruit cocktail.

Wednesday: Turkey tetrazzini, sweet potato, broccoli florets, whole wheat bread and fresh fruit.

Thursday: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, San Francisco blend vegetables, rye bread (seedless) and slice peaches.

Friday: Asparagus cheese stuffed fish, wild rice, California blend vegetables, dinner roll and pineapple upside-down cake with topping.
