Menus

Monday: Stuffed shells with meat sauce, California gold blend vegetables, warmed garlic bread and chef’s mixed fruit.

Tuesday: Sweet and sour pork, rice pilaf, Oriental blend vegetables, whole wheat bread and mandarin orange sections.

Wednesday: Creamed chipped beef, mashed potatoes, spinach, rye bread (seedless) and fresh fruit.

Thursday: Asparagus cheese stuffed fish, winter squash, California blend vegetables, dinner roll and gingerbread with lemon sauce.

Friday: Chicken and biscuit, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, buttermilk biscuit and blueberry pie with topping.

Thursday, April 25: McDonough only: Asparagus cheese stuffed fish, winter squash, California blend vegetables, dinner roll and gingerbread with lemon sauce.

Friday: April 26: South Otselic only: Chicken and biscuit, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, buttermilk biscuit and blueberry pie with topping.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are weekdays 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Tuesday: Baked liver and onions, mashed potatoes, steamed peas, quick fruit salad, whole what bread and peanut butter cookies.

Wednesday: Turkey bolognese, Italian blend vegetables, grape juice, whole wheat bread and peach cobbler.

Thursday: Italian baked fish, baked potato, Harvard beets, coleslaw, whole wheat bread and rice pudding.
