Senior Menus

Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of April 21-25 will be:

Monday _ Creamed chicken with peas and onions, mashed potato, beets, pumpernickel bread, lemon pudding with topping.

Tuesday _ Tossed salad with dressing, spaghetti with sauce, meatballs, Parmesan cheese, Italian bread, chocolate ice cream.

Wednesday _ Roast pork with gravy, fresh sweet potato, spinach, wheat bread, applesauce.

Thursday _ Sliced turkey with gravy, fluffy rice, broccoli, rye bread, pineapple.

Friday _ Swiss steak with tomatoes and onions, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, bread, white cake with strawberry frosting.

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of April 21-25 will be:

Monday _ Beef strips with peppers and gravy, baked potato, Harvard beets, wheat bread, chocolate pudding, diet chocolate pudding.

Tuesday _ Tossed salad with dressing, spiral pasta with sauce, sweet sausage, Italian style green beans, Italian bread, fruit cup.

Wednesday _ Cream of broccoli soup, breaded chicken on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise, fruited Jell-O, diet fruited Jell-O.

Thursday _ Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, pumpernickel bread, lemon pudding, diet lemon pudding.

Friday _ Cranberry glazed turkey with gravy, seasoned stuffing, mixed vegetables, rye bread, apricots and peaches.

Wednesday _ Fish with red celery sauce, sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables, rye bread, finger licking good cake.

Thursday _ Roast pork with gravy, mashed potatoes, California blend vegetables, tossed salad, Italian bread, pineapple upside-down cake.

Friday _ Stuffed pepper, tater tots, carrot coins, 12-grain bread, fruit cocktail
