Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of July 6-10 will be:

Monday _ Baked chicken with mushroom gravy, baked potato, spinach, vanilla pudding.

Tuesday _ Breaded fish on bun, augratin potatoes, broccoli, Jell-O poke cake with topping.

Wednesday _ hot dog on a bun with sauerkraut, baked beans, carrots, peach shortcake with topping.

Thursday _ Yankee pot roast, seasoned noodles, brussels sprouts, pears and apricots.

Friday _ Roasted turkey with gravy, seasoned stuffing, mashed squash, mandarin oranges.

Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Monday reservations must be made Friday. Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of July 6-10 will be:

Monday _ Creole chicken, oven fried potatoes, broccoli, cran-pineapple juice, whole wheat bread, butterscotch pudding with topping, diet pudding.

Tuesday _ Beef pepper steak, oven browned potatoes, peas, carrot raisin salad, whole wheat bread, iced yellow cake diet fruit.

Wednesday _ Macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, tossed salad, whole wheat bread, pineapple upside down cake, diet fruit.

Thursday _ Pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, quick fruit salad, whole wheat bread, Jell-O cubes with topping, diet Jell-O.

Friday _ Tuna salad, Italian macaroni salad, cottage cheese on peach slices, tomato and lettuce, apple grape juice, vegetable soup, watermelon.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Dining centers are:

Schoharie County

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of July 6-10 will be:

Monday _ Jumbo hot dog with sauerkraut and mustard, baked beans, peas and carrots, frozen yogurt, diet ice cream.

Tuesday _ Macaroni and cheese with ham chunks, stewed tomatoes and squash, warm roll, vanilla pudding with mandarin oranges, diet vanilla pudding with mandarin oranges.

Wednesday _ Meatloaf with gravy, parsley egg noodles, broccoli, wheat bread, chocolate chip cookie, diet chocolate chip cookie.

Thursday _ Baked ham with fruit sauce, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, roll, pineapple tidbits.

Friday _ Cream of broccoli soup, chicken salad sandwich on roll, cucumber and tomato salad, sugared brownie, diet brownie.

Monday _ Lemon herb pollock, potato puffs, broccoli florets, rye bread, sugar cookie.

Tuesday _ Chicken al orange, brown rice, winter squash, oatmeal bread, fresh seasonal fruit.

Wednesday _ Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, multi-grain bread, butterscotch pudding.

Thursday _ Pork chop Monterey, garlic red-skinned mashed potatoes, spinach, tossed salad, dinner roll, pecan pie with topping.

Friday _ Spaghetti with meat sauce, Scandinavian blend vegetables, tossed salad, warmed garlic bread, watermelon wedge.

Evening meals:

Thursday, July 9: McDonough only: Pork chop Monterey, garlic red-skinned mashed potatoes, spinach, tossed salad, dinner roll, pecan pie with topping.
