Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of Oct. 5-9 will be:

Monday _ Baked ham with pineapples, au gratin potatoes, cauliflower, dinner roll, chocolate pudding with topping.

Tuesday _ Barbecued chicken, macaroni salad, beets, warm roll, pears and apricots.

Wednesday _ Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, chocolate chip cookie.

Thursday _ Roast pork with gravy, fresh sweet potato, brussels sprouts, cinnamon apple sauce.

Friday _ Goulash with extra sauce, broccoli, warm roll, chilled pineapple.

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of Oct. 5-9 will be:

Monday _ Barbecued pork ribs, oven fried potatoes, squash, quick fruit salad, rice pudding with topping, diet pudding.

Tuesday _ Ham with raisin sauce, sweet potatoes, parslied cauliflower, Waldorf for all seasons salad, brownies, diet fruit.

Wednesday _ Spanish rice, green beans, cottage cheese on peach slices, whole wheat bread, hot peach cobbler.

Thursday _ Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, apple grape juice, cranberry sauce, whole wheat bread, Jell-O cubes with topping.

Friday _ Macaroni and cheese, carrot raisin salad, stewed tomatoes, grape juice, whole wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of Oct. 5-9 will be:

Monday _ Liver with onion gravy, oven browned potatoes, vegetable medley, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday _ Cream of broccoli soup, hamburger with lettuce leaf, tomato and onion slice with mayonnaise on a bun, coleslaw, chocolate chip cookie, diet cookie.

Wednesday _ Turkey ala king with biscuit, mashed potatoes, seasoned carrots, Jell-O with topping, diet Jell-O with topping.

Thursday _ Chicken Parmesan, pasta with sauce, Parmesan cheese, Italian vegetables, Italian bread, fruit cup.

Friday _ Tossed salad with dressing, Spanish rice, broccoli, warm corn bread, bread pudding with berry topping.

Wednesday _ Beef with brown gravy, linguini, broccoli florets, oatmeal bread, chocolate chip cookie.

Thursday _ Chicken and biscuit, red skinned garlic mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, fruit juice, buttermilk biscuit, vanilla pudding with fruit cocktail.

Friday _ Roast pork with gravy, sweet potatoes, island blend vegetables, dinner roll, gingerbread with lemon sauce.
