---- — The following are senior-meals menus for the week of March 24 to 28    



Monday: Glazed pork loaf, baked sweet potato, baby carrots, molasses cookie and dinner roll.

Tuesday: Creamed chipped beef, mashed potatoes, peas and mushrooms, mandarin oranges and oatmeal bread.

Wednesday: Meatloaf with gravy, red skinned mashed potatoes, zucchini, apricots with cottage cheese and oatmeal bread.

Thursday: Chicken a la orange, baked potato, brussels sprouts, bread pudding with raisins topping and dinner roll.

Friday: Macaroni and cheese, green beans, garden salad, pear blush and rye bread.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are weekdays 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


Monday: Pepper steak, oven roasted potatoes, sliced carrots, quick fruit salad, whole wheat bread and butterscotch pudding.

Tuesday: Monterey pork, whipped potatoes, steamed peas, applesauce, dinner roll and jello with topping.

Wednesday: Baked tavern ham, Louisiana sauce, glazed sweet potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, molded waldorf salad, whole wheat bread and iced yellow cake.

Thursday: Chili con carne, steamed rice, seasoned spinach, tossed salad, whole wheat bread and brownie.

Friday: Chicken and biscuit, succotash, orange-pineapple juice, snow on the mountain and chocolate ice cream sundae.

Wednesday: Yankee pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, red cabbage and frosted birthday cake.

Thursday: Lasagna with beef and pork, tossed salad, steamed spinach and warm fruit crisp.

Friday: Baked fish with creamy herb sauce, au gratin potatoes, broccoli and strawberry ice cream.

Friday: Breaded fish, hot dog bun, tartar sauce, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes and mandarin oranges.
