Tuesday: Stuffed pepper, tater tots, Southwestern blend vegetables, oatmeal bread and pear blush.

Wednesday: Sage-stuffed breaded chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli florets, multi-grain bread and cranberry crunch with topping.

Thursday: Tuna salad on roll, baked beans, pickled beets, hamburger roll and apricot halves.

Friday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Capri blend vegetables, tossed salad, Italian bread and butterscotch pudding.

Tuesday: Spaghetti with sauce, meatballs, green and wax beans, tossed salad, garlic bread and ice cream with topping.

Wednesday: Pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cran-orange juice, whole wheat bread and fruited Jell-O.

Thursday: Cranberry glazed chicken, parslied boiled potatoes, steamed broccoli, three-bean salad, whole wheat bread and apple crisp.

Friday: Potato encrusted pollock, baked potato, Harvard beets, honey bee Ambrosia, dinner roll and butterscotch pudding.

Thursday: Tossed salad, spaghetti and meatballs with sauce, warm roll and warm fruit crisp.

Friday: Chicken or liver with onion gravy, mashed potato, spinach and peanut butter cookie.

Wednesday: Easter dinner, baked ham with pineapples and cherries, sweet potato souffle, broccoli, croissant, coconut cream pie and reduced sugar pudding square.

Thursday: Creamy coleslaw, Mrs. Friday’s breaded fish on a hot dog bun with tartar sauce, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes with onions, lemon pudding with topping, and reduced sugar pudding with topping.

Friday: Beef slices with tomatoes and onions, scalloped potatoes, Brussels sprouts, Italina bread, chocolate pudding with topping and reduced sugar pudding with topping.
