Menus

Monday: Baked fish Florentine, Harvest vegetable rice, sweet and sour cabbage and chocolate pudding with topping.

Tuesday: chicken ala king, egg noodles, Oregon blend vegetables and apple pie.

Wednesday: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, parsley baby carrots and strawberry applesauce.

Thursday: Kielbasa and sauerkraut, hot German potato salad, Brussels sprouts and bread pudding with raisins and topping. Evening menu at McDonough.

Friday: Stuffed shells with sauce and Parmesan cheese, tossed salad and ice cream.

Tuesday: Roast pork loin, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, applesauce, whole wheat bread and Jell-O with topping.

Wednesday: Beef stew, buttermilk biscuit, scalloped cabbage, apple juice, whole wheat bread and mandarin oranges.

Thursday: Barbecued chicken, baked potato, seasoned spinach, whole wheat bread and tapioca pudding.

Friday: Tuna noodle casserole, sliced carrots, coleslaw, whole wheat bread and iced chocolate cake.

Wednesday: Hamburger deluxe with lettuce, tomato and onion on a bun, seasoned potatoes, Brussels sprouts and butterscotch pudding.

Thursday: Breaded fish on a bun, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes and mandarin oranges.

Friday: Chicken and biscuits, baked potato, steamed spinach and chocolate chip cookie.
