On the question of the legal drinking age which was considered to be best by the teen-age panel, all except Linda and Barbara believed the drinking age should be kept at 18 years of age. On the question of voting, all except Vincent and Chuck believed the best age would be 21.
On the questions of teen-age driving, and compulsory service in the armed forces, only Linda, Barbara, Vincent and Chuck were present to voice their opinions.
Linda said that in her opinion, teen-agers should be permitted to drive at night if the road conditions are good, for school events only, if they are holders of a junior operators license. Barbara agreed.
Vincent expressed an opinion to the contrary, however, stating that to his way of thinking many teen-agers would get into more trouble if they were permitted to use the car at night.
On the question of compulsory military service, Vincent and Chuck said that they believed that during war-time the draft should definitely be enforced.
Vincent agreed that the draft should not be enforced in peace time, however, and both Chuck and Vincent agreed that college students should be exempt.
The girls, both Linda and Barbara, agreed with Vincent and Chuck.
