The bride is the daughter of Donna and William Starken of Binghamton. The groom is the son of Barton and Margaret Bonney of Davenport Center. The Town Justice Robert Moore performed the double-ring ceremony. Maid of honor was Karen Garlick. Best man was Dick Garlick. A reception was held at the same location. The bride is a 2004 graduate of Utica School of Commerce in Oneonta. She is employed at Otsego County Department of Social Services as an employment clerk. The groom is employed at Otsego Iron and Metal as a Class A driver. The couple are undecided on their trip location. The couple live in Goodyear Lake. They plan to celebrate their marriage at a cookout reception at their home for family and friends this summer.
