April 18, 2008 07:45 am Joseph Titus of Sloansville and Stephanie Cooke of Otego announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacey Titus, to Nick Sinstack, son of Gary and Penny Sinstack of Oneonta. The bride-to-be is graduated with honors in anthropology from the State University College at Oneonta in 2006, and is an admissions associate for the Utica School of Commerce in Oneonta. She will continue her education this fall as a graduate student where she plans to obtain a master's degree in elementary guidance counseling. Her fiance graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome in 2006, with a degree in electrical engineering technology and is employed as an electrician. The couple plan to set a wedding date in the near future.
