June 21, 2009 02:07 pm Nicole Kathleen Christman and John Matthew McGuire are engaged to marry. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Alan and Melinda Christman of Westford. She is a 2002 graduate of Cherry Valley-Springfield Central School. She received her bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the State University College at Brockport. She is employed with Lockheed Martin in Syracuse. Her fiance is the son of Fred and Donna Cool of Herkimer, and Paul and Kathy McGuire of Syracuse. He is a 2000 graduate of Herkimer High School. He received an associate degree in natural resources conservation at Finger Lakes Community College. He is employed by the New York State Park Police. The couple live in Pulaski. The wedding is set for Sept. 18, 2010.
