June 27, 2009 12:10 pm Rachael Morrissey and Troy Bielert are engaged to marry. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gwen and Jim Morrissey of Granby, Mass. She graduated from Holyoke Catholic High School in Massachusetts. She received a bachelor's degree from Hartwick College in Oneonta and a master's degree from the College of Saint Rose in Albany. She is employed as a corporate trainer for Computer Science Corp. Her fiance is the son of Drs. Connie Anderson and Craig Bielert of Oneonta. He graduated from Oneonta High School. He received a bachelor's degree from Hartwick College and a master's degree from the University of Albany. He is a teacher for the East Greenbush School District. The couple are planning a Sept. 26 wedding in Holyoke, Mass. They live in East Greenbush.
