Lindberg - Green

Megan Elyse Green and Justin "Juddy" Lindberg were united in marriage in a double-ring ceremony on June 7 at the Mount Vision United Methodist Church by the Rev. Richard Stackhouse.

The bride is the daughter of Henry and Deborah Green of Cooperstown. The groom is the son of Kim Lindberg of Middlefield and the late John H. Lindberg.

The bride wore a white strapless corset-back gown. The gown featured a jewel-encrusted bodice highlighting the asymmetrical soft pleated waist. Embellishments of glass crystals were sprinkled on the front of the skirt and on the chapel-length train.

The maid of honor was Natalie Green, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Shalyn Tilley, cousin of the bride, and Amy McEnroe, Angela Lidell, Emmanuel Marchesseault and Amanda Sikkeme. Flower girls were Alexandria Geissinger, cousin of the groom, and Brittany Mereness.

The best man was John H. Lindberg Jr., brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Scott Johnson, Brian Manley, Ryan Williams, Jesse Coughlan, Hisham Abdallah and James Patenaude.

A reception was held at the 1819 House in Cooperstown following the ceremony.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Cooperstown Central School and a 2003 graduate of the State University College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill. She is employed by Edmeston Central School as a licensed teaching assistant, and at Essential Elements Day Spa.

The groom is a 2001 graduate of Cherry Valley-Springfield Central School and attended the State University College at Plattsburgh. He is employed at Doubleday CafÃ' in Cooperstown as a bartender.

The couple live in Cooperstown.
