Kristen D. Little and David A. Ferguson were married Aug. 9 at the Ballantyne Country Club in North Carolina.
The bride is the daughter of Roderick and Donna Little, formerly of Oneonta, now of Charlotte, N.C.
The groom is the son of David and Angel Ferguson of Oneonta.
The Rev. Patrick Maloy performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride wore an off-white gown with a beaded bodice, spaghetti straps and asymmetrical pickups on the skirt. She carried a bouquet of orchids wrapped in a handkerchief that was passed down from her maternal grandmother.
Maid of honor was Nicole Miller. Bridesmaids were Meghan Molinari, Danielle Ducharme, Lauren Pelkey, Rachael Pelkey, Amber Beet and Amanda Diggs.
Best men were Nathan Ferguson and Logan Ferguson, brothers of the groom. Ushers were Dayton Ducharme, Brandon Bush, Matt Murphy, Charlie Beet and Peter Langheinrich.
Ring bearer was Logan Ferguson, brother of the groom.
A reception followed at the same location.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Oneonta High School. She attended the State University College at Oneonta and the Fashion Institute of Technology, graduating in 2006. She is a visual merchandising manager for Dillard's Department Store.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Oneonta High School. He received an associate degree from Herkimer County Community College in 2005. He attended SUCO for one year before transferring to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He attended the sheriff's academy, graduating in 2007. He is a detention officer for the Mecklenburg County Jail and plans to complete his bachelor's degree program at UNCC.
The couple spent a week with family in Myrtle Beach, S.C., following the wedding. They plan to take a honeymoon to Las Vegas this month. They live in Concord, N.C., with their two dogs, Bella and Zoey.
