---- — Caitlyn Ann Finocan and Padraig Durham Power were married on June 30 at Saint Agnes Catholic Church in Lake Placid.
The bride is the daughter of Mary E. Finocan and the late John Finocan of Stamford.
The groom is the son of Maryelizabeth Power and Paul P. Power of Stamford.
The bride was escorted by her grandfather, John W. Finocan.
The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. John R. Yonkovig. Readings were done by Thomas J. Cavanagh, friend of the groom, and Frederick J. Adams, uncle of the bride, who was in to celebrate the wedding from Ireland.
Matron of honor was Gillian Finocan Kaag, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Emily A. Graig, Jessica A. Kraske, Kathryn J. Peacock, Alexis M. Ryder and Melissa C. Schramm, all friends of the bride.
Best man was Sean A. Power, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Paul P. Power III, brother of the groom, and Brian S. Gray, Eugene F. Govern IV, Chad T. Joshpe, Timothy W. Rourke and Daniel R. Walsh, friends of the groom.
The reception followed at the Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid.
The couple both graduated from Stamford Central School, the bride in 2001 and the groom in 2002.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of the University of Miami. The groom is a 2006 graduate of Ithaca College.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to Fiji and Hawaii. They live and work in Lake Placid.
