COOPERSTOWN _ In Otsego County Court on March 13, before Judge Brian Burns, Joshua Mistler, 28, of Oneonta, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, cocaine.
According to court records, the incident occurred July 15 in the city of Oneonta.
Mistler also was sentenced Friday to 21/2 years in prison to be followed by one year of parole.
His driver's license was suspended for six months, and he was ordered to pay $375 in court fees.
Also in court March 13 before Judge Burns:
ä Troy Dunkley, 29, of Oneonta, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
According to court records, the incident occurred Feb. 8 in the city of Oneonta. Dunkley is scheduled to be sentenced May 15.
ä Steve Arnoczy, 58, of New Berlin, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated.
According to court records, the incident occurred May 20 in the town of Pittsfield. Arnoczy, who is free on $2,000 bail, is scheduled to be sentenced April 24.
