In Otsego County Court April 16 before state Supreme Court Justice Michael Coccoma:
James A. Wise, 48, of Morris, pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
Wise was sentenced to five years' probation, fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $375 in court fees.
According to court records, the incident occurred April 8 in the town of Butternuts.
In Otsego County Court on April 24 before Judge Brian Burns, Steve Arnoczy, 58, of New Berlin, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated.
Arnoczy was sentenced to five years' probation and four months of weekends in jail. He also was fined $1,000, assessed $295 in court fees and his driver's license was revoked.
According to court records, the incident occurred in Pittsfield on May 20.
In county court before Judge Brian Burns:
Charles Meunier III, 28, of Oneonta, pleaded innocent at arraignment to three counts of third-degree burglary.
According to court records, the incidents occurred in the town of Maryland on Oct. 8, 20 and 27.
Meunier was jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail to await further court proceedings.
Richard VanLeuven, 17, of Fly Creek, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary.
According to court records, the incident occurred Dec. 5 in the town of Richfield.
VanLeuven, who is being held at the Otsego County jail in lieu of $5,000 bail, is scheduled to be sentenced May 15.
Devon Sawyer-Beers, 30, of Oneonta, pleaded guilty to DWI.
According to court records, the incident occurred June 27 in the town of Oneonta.
Sawyer-Beers, who is being held in jail in lieu of $40,000 bail, is scheduled to be sentenced May 6.
