Roots to host program on wild edibles
“Flower-Power Hour” will take place at Root Brewing Company at 175 Main St. in Oneonta.
The program on wild edible/medicinal plants will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 11.
Funds raised will go toward providing two randomly drawn organizations free wild edible walks.
There will be an educational picture PowerPoint, that includes local wild and weedy food tastings prepared by local men and women, and Roots Brewing Co. beer tastings
Door prizes will be awarded for first 10 participants plus raffles of local fare.

Four County library board to meet
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Four County Library System Board of Trustees will be held at noon Friday in Oneonta at the Huntington Memorial Library.
