Monday: Beef tips with mushroom gravy, egg noodles, parslied carrots, whole wheat dinner roll, fresh apple.

Tuesday: Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, cheesy mashed potatoes, oat bran bread, fresh oranges.

Wednesday: Whole wheat penne pasta with meatballs and sauce, spinach salad, cauliflower, brownies.

Thursday: Vegetable lasagna, carrots, whole wheat dinner roll, peach crisp.

Friday: Chicken salad on croissant, cream of broccoli soup, cottage cheese and fruit, pumpkin cookies.
