Printigree, a locally owned digital print shop on Oneonta’s Main Street, will close its doors for good Thursday, May 23, according to a notice from the owners.

“It has been our pleasure working with you all. Thank you again for all the support,” Caitlin and Pete Fecteau said in the release.

The store will continue processing orders until its final day in business, and will transfer files for any customer via email or USB drive. All orders must be picked up by May 23.

Adult home to host open house

Woodside Hall, a Cooperstown adult home offering social day program and respite care services, will host an open house Wednesday, May 22.

Grants available for farm markets

Farm Credit East will provide grants up to $1,000 to farmers’ markets throughout the northeast to support their promotion and development efforts, according to a media release.

The grant funding is intended to assist farmers’ markets in their efforts to support participating farmers, complete market enhancements, conduct marketing efforts and host programs to support disadvantaged communities or improve access to fresh, local food, according to the release.

Any farmers’ market located within Farm Credit East’s territory is eligible to apply. Special consideration will be given to markets supporting underserved communities with limited access to fresh, local food.

Applications are due by June 3, and applicants will be notified by June 15.

Marketing company wins award

The Destination Marketing Corporation for Otsego County was the recipient of The Communicator Award of Distinction for its 2018 integrated promotional/branding campaign, according to a media release. Included in the award were the Otsego County lure travel guide, digital marketing program, social media campaign and itineraries.

The Communicator Awards is the leading international awards program honoring creative excellence for marketing and communications professionals, according to the release.
