An exhibit of artwork by Oneonta artist Maryann Stow will be featured at the Autumn Cafe  through Oct. 5 with an informal “meet the artist” time from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Autumn Cafe, at 244 Main St. in Oneonta.

This exhibit, titled “The Artist’s Collection- a Selected Retrospective,” showcases some of Stow’s personal collection of her work, dating from the late 1970s to a few years ago, spanning different styles and subjects such as marine and barn watercolors, portraits, colorful mandalas and collage monotypes.

Stow majored in art at the State University College at Oneonta, continuing her studies on the Outer Cape (Cod) at Castle Hill Center for the Arts, the Provincetown Art Association and with various Cape and visiting artists. Intensives with artist Alex Grey, training in Andean energy medicine and her own healing journey continue to inform her work, she said in a media release
