Health Center to relocate
The Oneonta Community Health Center in Oneonta is relocating.
Starting Tuesday, the center will be at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta, a media release said.
The clinic is open Tuesday nights, and last Tuesday was the final session at a site on Academy Street in Oneonta.
The clinic provides free primary care services to low-income, uninsured adults, the release said. To make an appointment, which is required, patients may call 433-0300.
The center has been open for more than three years. More than 800 individuals have been served, enabling many of them to find work, the release said. The center also has helped individuals eligible for other programs to secure assistance.
The relocation to Fox Hospital is an interim move as plans are to open at 31 Main St., the Colone Building, after renovations are completed, the release said.
