The city of Oneonta will begin "micro-paving" on city streets at 7 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, and finish by 3;30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, according to a media release.
The contractor, Suit-Kote, will begin on Dietz Street (from Main Street to Walnut Street), then Walnut Street, Central Avenue, Birch Street, Roosevelt Avenue, Walling Boulevard, Wilson Avenue, Draper Street and Center Street (from Draper Street to Gardner Place), respectively. Suit-Kote will hand out notices to affected areas the night prior to the operation. Notices will be posted on front doors.
Road and driveway access will be limited during and immediately after the operation. Drivers should obey temporary traffic signs and flaggers.
