A Franklin woman was arrested last week on charges she wouldn't let a Delaware County Child Protective Service unit member leave her home.

Tina Noble, 52, was charged of obstructing government administration second-degree, and unlawful imprisonment second degree after the incident, which deputies said took place a little after 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 22.

Noble is alleged to have unlawfully and forcefully detained the CPS worker within her home in an attempt to prevent a the worker from performing an official function, deputies said.

Noble was later released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at Franklin Town Court at a later date.
