William Burdick of Morris, financial advisor of MetLife Financial Group of Upstate NY, an office of MetLife, has successfully completed the General Securities Representative exam, commonly referred as the Series 7 examination, administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Upon passing the test, Burdick was granted a Series 7/General Securities license, which qualifies him to sell a broad range of securities, including stocks, bonds, options, limited partnerships and investment company products.
Burdick is a graduate of the State University College at Brockport. He is a trustee of the village of Morris as well as a director of the Morris Farmers' Market and a member of the Morris Rotary Club. He has worked in the financial services industry for six years.
