Delaware County Emergency Services announced road closures and a boil-water advisory Wednesday afternoon in light of today's heavy rains and flooding.

A boil water advisory has been issued to the residents in Downsville because of a suspected leak in their water system. The boil water advisory will remain in effect until the leak is found, repaired and water testing is completed.

As of noon, the following roads were closed in Delaware County:
