Four people are safe after a two-car crash on state Route 23 in Davenport on Wednesday morning.

Isabella Card, 24, of Davenport, was driving east on state Route 23 and failed to yield the right of way to Edna Ciudadania, 70, of South Worcester, said Aga Dembinska, Troop C public information officer. In Card’s car were Victoria Kelly, 22, of Mount Upton, a 2-year-old female and a 5-month-old male, both from Davenport. Card was driving a 2010 Chevrolet HHR and Ciudadania was driving a 2013 Toyota Prius.

Card and Ciudadania were both transported to A.O. Fox Hospital for chest pain. The 2-year-old and 5-month-old were secured in the back seat and suffered no injuries, Dembinska said. Kelly reported leg pain, for which she was treated at the scene of the accident.

Card was issued a ticket for failing to yield the right of way.
