In state Supreme Court of Otsego County on Thursday before Justice Michael Coccoma, Frank M. Carbone, 20, of Otego, pleaded innocent at arraignment to third-degree burglary.

According to court records, the incident occurred May 13 in Unadilla.

Carbone, who is in Albany County Jail on other charges, is scheduled to return to court at a later date.

In Otsego County Court on Tuesday before Judge John Lambert, Richard B. Hill, 44, of Laurens, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated.

According to court records, the incident occurred April 14 in Laurens.

He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 3.

In Otsego County Court on Monday before Lambert, William F. Maier, 46, of Oneonta, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary.

According to court records, the incident occurred April 5 in the city of Oneonta.

He was sentenced to 1½ to 4½ years in prison, assessed $375 in court fees and ordered to pay $1,025 restitution.

Also in court Monday before Lambert:

• Dennis C. Snyder, Jr. 31, of Mohawk pleaded guilty to failing to register as a sex offender,

According to court records, the incident occurred March 22 in Middlefield.

He was sentenced to 1 to 3 years in prison, fined $1,000 and assessed $375 in court fees.

• Lisa A. Knoblauch, 29, who is in state prison, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny.

According to court records, the incident occurred July 9, 2009, in Otego.

She is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 10.

• John L. Shaw, 44, who is in state prison, pleaded guilty to third-degree grand larceny.

According to court records, the incident occurred July 9, 2009, in Otego.

He is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 10.

In Otsego County Court Dec. 3 before Judge Brian Burns, Roy Young, 33, of Oneonta, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, cocaine.

According to court records, the incident occurred June 11, 2009, in the city of Oneonta.

He was sentenced to 2½ years in prison with one year of post-release supervision.

His driver’s license was suspended and he was ordered to forfeit $9,031 and assessed $375 in court fees.

Also in court Dec. 3 before Burns:

• Jeffrey D. Purdy, 23, of Oneonta, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, heroin.

According to court records, the incident occurred June 30 in the city of Oneonta.

He was sent to jail in lieu of $15,000 bail and is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 17.

• Alexander M. Rogers, 30, of Oneonta, was sentenced to seven years in prison with 15 years of post-release supervision for second-degree rape.

He was convicted at trial Oct. 6.

Rogers, who was sentenced as a sex offender and a second-felony offender, was ordered to pay $1,425 in court fees.

• Malinda K. Burdick, 42, of Richfield Springs, pleaded guilty to petit larceny.

According to court records, the incident occurred between January 2004 and February 2006 in the village of Richfield Springs.

She was sentenced to time served in jail and assessed $160 in court fees.

• Charles W. Zimmerman IV, 25, of Davenport, was sentenced to four months of weekends in jail and five years’ probation for third-degree criminal mischief.

According to court records, the incident occurred June 22, 2009, and he pleaded guilty Oct. 29.

He was ordered to pay about $2,678 in restitution and was assessed $375 in court fees.

In Otsego County Court Dec. 1 before Burns, Jesse J. Brashear, 35, of Oneonta, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary.

According to court records, the incident occurred in June in the city of Oneonta.

He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 26.
