Police seek help finding missing man

State police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jesse L. Donlin, 44, of Unadilla.

According to a media release, Donlin was last seen in early September in the Oxford area and has not been heard from since. He was reported missing Sunday, Sept. 29, said Troop C Public Information Officer Aga Dembinska.

Dembinska said there is no evidence at this time to believe Donlin is in danger, but troopers aren’t ruling anything out. Troopers said they are attempting to find Donlin and check his welfare. He is described as a 6-foot-tall white male, about 185 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes.

Dembinska said Donlin has been known to go missing in the past. Troopers now seek the public’s assistance because they’ve exhausted a lot of resources that may have known where Donlin is, such as family, friends and acquaintances.

Donlin has ties to the Chenango County, Utica, Syracuse and Binghamton areas, the release said.

Anyone with information of Donlin’s whereabouts is asked to contact state police at 607-561-7400.
