A winter storm warning is in effect for Otsego County until 7 a.m. Friday, according to the county Office of Emergency Services. Snow is expected to continue at a rate of 1 to 3 inches per hour until 11 p.m., officials said. Wind gusts of up to 30 miles per hour are expected after 5 p.m.



Otsego County Sheriff Richard Devlin has issued a travel advisory for no unnecessary travel throughout the county.
