A New Berlin village resident has been accused of felony theft by using someone else’s debit card.

Mary Gorman, 49, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny Friday, according to a media release issued by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.

Gorman was accused of stealing more than $4,500 by allegedly unlawfully using a debit card belonging to someone else during a seven-month period.

Gorman was arraigned in Norwich Town Court and was released, pending reappearance at a later date.
