Winning pitcher Matt Anderson went 3-for-3 with three RBIs Tuesday to lead visiting Stamford to a 10-5 Delaware League baseball victory over Windham that clinched the Upper Delaware Division title for the Indians.

Anderson, who also walked, struck out 10, walked one and allowed five runs on six hits in five innings. Erik Ehrhart struck out four in two innings of scoreless relief to secure the victory for the Indians (10-2, 8-1), who received two hits and two RBIs from Wade Tompkins.

Zach Meyer doubled, singled, drove in a run and scored for the second-place Warriors (7-3, 5-2), who entered the sixth with a 5-3 lead but allowed seven runs in the inning.

Davenport 13, SK 1

Josh Davi struck out 12 and walked one in a five-hitter as Davenport won at home in the Delaware League.

Justin Fisher went 3-for-4 with five RBIs for the Wildcats (5-6), who’ll travel to Margaretville on Thursday.

Dylan Cole went 2-for-3 for South Kortright.

Downsville 6, Roxbury 5

Kris Acevedo walked, stole second and third, and scored on an error to snap a 5-all tie in the sixth inning of Downsville’s Delaware League victory.

On Acevedo’s steal of third, Spencer Hinkley’s throw went into left field, allowing Acevedo to score the go-ahead run.

Winning pitcher Brad Dreher struck out 16 and walked three in a five-hitter. He allowed one earned run.

“He overpowered them mainly with his fastball,” Downsville coach Tom Rose said of Dreher, who also had an RBI double during a two-run third inning that tied the score at 5. “He mixed in a couple of curveballs in big spots for us.”

Nick Shaw had an RBI single during Downsville’s three-run second inning.

Will Rendler went 2-for-4 with two RBIs, including an RBI single during the Rockets’ two-run second inning. Sam Nash had an RBI double in Roxbury’s three-run third inning.

Downsville (5-4) will host Gilbertsville-Mount Upton today.

Gilboa 9, Margaretville 3

Hunter Grace threw a two-hitter as visiting Gilboa won in the Delaware League.

Christian Cooper doubled and Nick Vogiatzis tripled for Wildcats. Cooper went 3-for-4, including a go-ahead RBI single in the fifth inning.

Nick Losito and Patrick Kuzma each had two hits for the Wildcats.

Cooper Reither had a hit for the Blue Devils (6-5), who will host Davenport on Thursday.

Jefferson 14, H-T 6

Nick Smith struck out 11 and walked one over five innings to lead Jefferson’s road win in the Delaware League.

Smith also went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and teammate Jake Davis went 2-for-4 with three RBIs.

Hunter-Tannersville (0-7) will travel to Gilboa on Thursday.

Milford 13, CV-S 1

Will Ward pitched a one-hitter, had seven strikeouts and went 2-for-4 in Milford’s Tri-Valley League road victory.

Peyton Griffiths, Paul VanWarner and Max Lang all doubles for the Wildcats.

Cherry Valley-Springfield (4-8) will travel to Worcester on Thursday.

Edmeston 15, Morris 2

Nate Truax, Clayton Lyon and Lucas Miller had two hits apiece to lead visiting Edmeston in the Tri-Valley League.

Winning pitcher Linton Wainright struck out seven, walked one and allowed two runs over five innings.

Josh Rutherford tripled for Morris (7-6, 6-6), which will travel to Laurens on Friday.

Walton 20, Afton 1

Dalton Kaminsky’s two-hitter included 14 strikeouts as Walton won a Midstate Athletic Conference 9-12 mini-tournament victory.

Kaminsky and Dylan Wood had three hits and four RBIs apiece for Walton, which received three hits from Trevor Zandt.

Afton is 4-14.

Walton (4-9) will travel to Delhi on Friday.
